Our stay started off on the wrong foot as we were given a room that didn't match our booking, and the overall condition of the room was quite disheartening. Although the location is ideal with easy access to attractions, the maintenance and cleanliness were major drawbacks. The staff did try their best to assist, but the facilities and services did not live up to expectations for the price paid.
